Pretty and practical, the stunning kitchen boasts granite counters and stainless appliances.

5 bed/6 bath, all bedrooms have a private bathroom for your utmost privacy.

Allergy-Friendly: Vinyl floors throughout (no carpet!).

In addition, we provide free high-speed internet and cable tv.

To complete the magic scene, The Villa offers private and magnificent views of a Nature Reserve from your living room, and private patio where you can relax doing a delicious barbecue after a full day of parks or shopping. This property is self-catering, and we provide a welcome kit to get you started:

2 dishwasher detergent pods
1 small dish detergent
2 trash bags (in 2 trash cans)
1 toilet paper roll in each bathroom
1 mini set of toiletries

This kit is designed for your comfort upon arrival. Please plan to visit a nearby supermarket to purchase additional items you may need for your stay.

Housekeeping

Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate.
The home is professionally cleaned and inspected before check-in, with fresh sheets and towels provided (note: washcloths are not included).
Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee if desired.

Online Purchases

USPS does not deliver to vacation homes; packages will be returned to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL, Amazon, and FedEx deliver to the property.
We are not responsible for issues with online deliveries. Please reach out with any questions.
