This professionally furnished 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Townhome is located in the gated Windsor at Westside Resort, close to Disney, attractions, shopping, and dining. This home has a maximum occupancy of 9 guests total and features a private pool for relaxing after a day out.

Limited supplies

The property was great and the location was great. My only criticism was the limited supplies available for use. There were no supplies in the kitchen for anyone that cooks. No cooking oil/spray. Not even salt and paper.

Beautiful vacation home

My family and I stayed here for a week during our Disney vacation. The home is beautiful and welcoming. The pool was perfect for our family. The home is very comfortable and spacious! The only issue we had was our very loud neighbors who were partying after midnight. But other than that everything was pretty much perfect,we will definitely be returning!

Beautiful Home

Our stay was really nice. We enjoyed the home. The house was very clean and spacious. The pool was clean. A couple complaints, the owners requested the air to be a little higher than what we are use to especially in 100 degree weather. Also new towels and bath cloths are needed. They both were stained pretty badly. Other than that this was a beautiful home and well taken care of. We would stay here again. Thank you!

Vacation to parks

Great property - the pool onsite was amazing to have after walking for miles in the parks. We tried the resort pool one day it was one of the most crowded pools I've ever seen. Before we walked in someone was leaving warning us the pool was too crowded, but we tried anyway. He was right. We just turned about and left and went back the pool at our house. There may have been some event or something happening that week because none of the other reviews mentioned overcrowding to be an issue at all. Otherwise, place was great, communication was great, getting in and out was easy and we would stay here again.

Easy and fun, plenty to do

We had everything we needed. Stores and attractions were a short ride away. The clubhouse was easy to get to and a nice place to hang out. Our grandson didn't want to leave our villa, he loved his room and the pool!

Family vacation

Our family enjoyed our stay and we we didn’t want to leave. It literally felt like a home away from home. The home was very nice, clean and functional. It had everything that we needed. Our parents loved the fact there was a bedroom and bathroom downstairs so they didn’t have to travel up and down the stairs. It was also perfect for our littles. We are looking forward to our return!

Awesome!

Townhouse was clean and exactly how it was described. Plenty of bath and pool towels. Pool was a perfect temperature. Resort was nice too. Just wish we would have had more unscheduled time to enjoy the private pool and the resort pool. We would definitely schedule it again if we get to come back to Orlando.

Clean and Comfy

We had a great stay at this property, plenty of space for our group and decorated very lovely. The beds were comfortable, the home itself was very clean and well stocked. We did reach out to the property managers on our first full day to ask about additional linens, as each bath only had 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel. They responded promptly, and we were able to locate the extras in a closet upstairs, where we found more than we needed. The only unappealing part of the property was the trash bin right outside the front door. We didn't have a lot of trash, only two days we used the bin, but each day the trash collectors would come by and lift the lid to check for trash and would leave the lid open. When we would open the front door or arrive back home there would be stench and flying bugs at the front door which would fly inside when you opened the door. If the lid stayed closed, it wouldn't be much of a problem, but having that located right by the entrance was the only complaint of the home itself, and not that anything was wrong, just unappealing. This was an overall 5 star stay and I would most definitely recommend to family and friends and would consider staying here again. The 3 star for location was due to the extra time it took to travel through the 4 way stops (there are many), there was a lot of construction happening nearby which caused delays, there are two schools with traffic on the way to/from Disney area, so while in a convenient location, just a lot of stuff going on that caused delays. The home next door had a couple nights of large group gatherings that was noisy, they even parked in the street and in our designated spots, making it difficult to get in/out of the driveway a couple times, but none of the 3-star issues are the fault of the home owner in anyway, just giving an honest review. We were pleased with the time spent in this home, and appreciate our time away.

Great location to Disney

Showed up to trash out front, was a shame because had bugs all in the house to start off the trip. Ants ran rampant towards the end with no food left out, literally cooked a meal and fought them off. Gate to the property were inoperable most days. Spent over an hour combined on a single day waiting to drive onto property. Multiple families had the same issue. Did this ruin our trip? No. Was the house nice? Yes. Location? Great. Pool? Great. Neighbors….. awful. 1 AM firework shows when property advertised 10pm on quiet hours. Again, Trip is what you make it, but mostly outside of this property. Check out was 10, cleaners showed up at 9am. Cleaners was two small boys(10ish) and their dad. Phone rang multiple times with sales calls. Lastly, was asked to put towels in wash and turn it on at end of trip. No detergent required…. Yuck. Not sure that’ll be the process moving forward. Rating a 3- location was perfect, house was comfy but the rest was disappointing.

Beautiful villa

This villa was absolutely perfect! Beautiful place with plenty of room and lots to dob! The only problem we had with the place was in the evenings when you came in from other’s places you had to wait in line for somethings 10 mins or longer to get through the gate! They need a better way for the renters to go through! Other then that it’s perfect but I would still come back I didn’t find that as an issue compared to this property!

A little bit of everything

Property itself was very nice and roomy! We did not have a front door handle so the code they gave us was wrong! Took us 5 hours to get a response and how to get In! No one came over to fix the issue the entire stay so we had to hold the key lock pad while the door shut. The security for the property was very poor and to get through the gate was very poor!
