Overall, it was a decent day, I kind of felt like the cleaning job was rushed when I got there. It was like Oreos crushed in the carpet. Also, the bathrooms could’ve been a little cleaner and one thing I didn’t like was the light didn’t work outside by the pool at night, so I couldn’t sit out by the pool cause it was too dark. But I thought the size of the venue for the money was actually pretty good.

Fantastic Getaway

Very spacious house, did not feel on top of each other. Probably the most comfortable beds we’ve ever had while on vacation. Did come with pool towels which was helpful. Close proximity to other Orlando attractions. VERY safe gated community. Would stay here again.

Softball Trip

This was my daughter’s senior softball trip. We have been staying down at Champion's Gate for the last 3 years. This was one of the nicest house we stayed in. My Family of 3, my parents and another family all stayed and had plenty of room. Everything need for the stay was in the house. Will recommend to other that will be traveling for softball in the future.

Great stay

The house was as described on the listing and in close proximity to where we needed to go. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and contained all the of the essentials we needed. The property management team was really helpful. We had one guest with medical needs and they helped us to coordinate the delivery of the equipment to be there when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again.

It’s was ok

There was something’s wrong with the bed but they did send someone to fix it. The hot water in the upstairs bathroom didn’t work. The bed are hard as rock… I was a ok stay they will allow you to check out later they can.

Very disappointed

I absolutely did not enjoy staying here, from the moment we walked in it was horrible. It smelled like smoke during the whole stay, the light in the downstairs bedroom did not work, the cable and TVs did not work.. there was an empty liquor bottle on the floor. The sheets were dirty, It had hair on it, make-up spots on the pillowcases. There was blood red spots on the comforters, I had to go buy sheets for my family to sleep on.. The pool was disgusting.. I did call immediately about all of this when we arrived, The only thing that was addressed was the pool.. But everything else it took them two days to even fixed these issues.. I want to add I called the emergency line being that My kids were in the dark, and the lady that I talked told me that we had to deal with being in the dark because she had other important things to take care of. I feel like that was very unprofessional and rude! I never had such a horrible experience with champions gate, we would not be returning..

Nice Home!

The home was very spacious and had enough room for our family. Kitchen was nice and large and open concept made for family living in one space. The sofas were a little soft but the bedroom mattresses were nice and comfy. Champions Gate pool and community were really, really, nice. We had a nice time!

Property is as described. Champions Gate is a pain to get into & the employees at the gates are obnoxious. Our neighbor was smoking weed all week and we could smell it out by the pool like they were sitting with us. Florida Scanti is an exceptional service. They were great, easy to contact and very responsive to our needs. I would definitely use them again.

Underwhelmed

We had stayed at this property last year and were happy but this year was disappointing. The house needs a freshening and a more thorough cleaning. Some mattresses were uncomfortable and need to be replaced. The big issue we had was with the pool. The first week everything was fine with the pool but for the second week we saw that the pool had many tiny bugs floating all along the surface of the pool, along the walls and by the filter. Cleaning it did not help. The company did send the pool company and someone from their property management. The property manager acknowledged the problem and sent the pool company again but the problem was never solved. When we called to complain they essentially called us liars and that the pool was clean which was not the case. They said they took pictures of the water and it was clean. However, the bottom of the pool is black speckled and the bugs would have blended in. I have pictures and videos of the bugs we scooped out. My family was uncomfortable using the pool with tiny bugs floating all over and was extremely disappointed and upset over the situation. The main reason we booked the home was for use of the pool which we did not use for the entire last week. My kids were beyond upset. We have no reason to lie and were treated as though we were nuisances.

The condo was very nice, but, the pump was not working on the pool. We called the first day, and every day afterwards, but the pool guy didn't come until 3 days later, and they had to order a part. This was very disappointing, since we had small children.

Great house/ok area

Overall, the house was great and was as advertised. It worked great for our family, was roomy enough for us and was very clean. The only slight negative was the neighborhood that the house was located in. You have to take interstate 4 to get basically anywhere from the house and it was a nightmare all week at almost all times of day. Additionally, the neighborhood and Oasis pool were packed on the weekends. Cars were all over the streets etc. During the week it was totally different and it seemed to be about half full. The other negative to the Oasis (which is likely not a big deal for many) is that we didn't realize you cannot access the workout facility before 9am if you are a guest and not a permanent resident. Overall, the house was fantastic, just pay attention to what is initially stocked as you will need to buy or bring things like soap, shampoo, paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper. The beds and furniture were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils and silverware.

Pleasant stay

The property was exact on descriptions and listings. I did expect it to be cleaner than it was, a lot of dust, but floors were swept and overall decent stay. We asked to have the pool heat turned on and within 24 hours it seriously felt that it wasn’t even on. I didn’t even want to fight about it and paid the minimum nights even though we used it for like 30 mins bc the kiddos really wanted to swim but it was just too cold.

Girls Trip

Overall the property was nice. It accommodated our group of 7 nicely. It’s furnished with all the necessities you’d need to feel at home, pots and pans, drink ware, dishes, coffee maker etc. Our first day/night we encountered a toilet that wouldn’t flush and a bed broke due to flimsy frame. (Not due to person sleeping In it) maintenance came the next day to fix those issues. The pool is definitely small and was not very appealing to get in. Glad we didn’t pay to have it heated because it was pretty gross looking. The patio table and a few chairs need to be pitched. Table at one point must of had plastics wicker on it and it has since dried out and broke off Or something and two conversation chairs had large holes in the seat making them not usable. The umbrella is extremely dirty. The house is too nice overall for that eyesore of a patio/pool area. It’s a nice location if your visiting the theme parks or just to get away. We had a nice time enjoying the oasis resort pool area but don’t plan to bring any food or drink with you to the pool. Drinks to purchase are $20 for a single shot cocktail $2 more for a double and they charged $10/$12 for a refill same day only. You can’t bring your souvenir cup back you have to buy a new one each day. Whoa!! I can’t speak for anything else as we didn’t purchase anything else while at the pool. I plan to email the property management company with pictures.
