«Everything is good. However, I was confused a lot while chekcing in because of mandatory velit parking. It could be much more better to have a clear sign notice at the entrance. Meanwhile, I also wonder the rule that no children from 8:00 to 10:00 pm in the swimming pool because the parent have to take care of them. Maybe it is for those adults who travel without kides?»

«Tiny room, terrible breakfast for $29, $4 for each bottled water. The sofa bed was not made when we checked in. There was one blanket and pillow for it, we called the front desk that night, and no one came to deliver any other blanket or pillow. Overall not a good experience and will not be staying there again.»

«It's a nice hotel but nowhere near luxury class and was overpriced. Paid almost 30 for a tiny piece of fish. Was told it came with peas when we asked what it came with. There were literally 12 peas. So I guess technically it came with peas. After eating the 4 bites of fish, we went out for dinner after dinner. Luxury prices but not a luxury experience.»

«We loved this gorgeous and historic property. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, attentive and helpful. The location itself is great as it is easily accessible to a lot of places, we walked to the Pearl District and Nob Hill. It’s a short ride (we took Uber) to Hawthorne and Washington Park. I’d say to be on guard with the amount of homeless around. Nobody was aggressive, it’s just daunting at first and we were fine during the day.»

«This was a great hotel. The location was good for walking around. They offered valet parking which was convenient. There is a bar in the basement that servers coffee, drinks and breakfast for a free. The room seemed new and was clean.»
