«All staff were helpful and courteous. The room was spacious, the kitchen was fully stocked with supplies, the bed was firm and comfy, and the bathroom was huge and came with amazing amenities. Breakfast was free, but did have some questionable foods (powdered eggs), but it was clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, offering closeness of downtown, but quiet and picturesque views of the south riverside. 10/10, would recommend.»

«The lobby, bar, and other common areas are very nice and clean. The rooms have everything that you need in them. And the elevators are super efficient and fast even when it felt like a lot of people were going up and down. If you do self parking, it is just around the corner maybe a 50 yd walk. Just keep that in mind.»

«Big noise and bang noise coming from the ventilation system and I had to change the room and dragging all my luggage in the middle of the night to a different room that a nice lady at the reception find it available. The new room was dirty, with moisture around the bathtub grout and smelly walls from 100 years old wood. Never go back in this property »

«A very nice hotel but staff was late for us and we had to wait to check in for about 30 minutes with no one at the counter. We arrived at 7ish, well after check in time. This could have absolutely been an emergency that we weren’t privy to. There is one ice maker at the bottom floor for use and drinking glasses were limited in the room.
