«I gave this property “ok” ratings because of the price and location between Ft Lauderdale Airport and the Miami cruise terminals. The hotel is in disrepair and old, but I guess as clean as it can be for the age. It could definitely use some TLC! The neighborhood is a bit seedy so I wouldn’t stay here with children. «Location is practically a modified house to have more than the probable legal limit of rooms and size. The room is small and definitely what you pay for, AC rules show 74 degrees and the AC was a scorching 80 degrees inside making in worse than a motel 6 or anything comparable.
