«Location is amazing. Used to live in Dana Point and dreamed of staying on Beach Road. These are properties that from the ocean and the beach. The view is incredible! It is upstairs, so one flight, not bad. There are train tracks near by but almost not noticed. Unit itself very nice and very livable. No A/C but do not need it. Great natural cool Pacific air and wave noise.»

«The location was perfect - a 15 minute walk to town and the beach trail is also very close. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. The rooftop also offers a gorgeous view of the water and we were able to spend some time there soaking in the sun in the quiet neighborhood.»

«Outlets didnt work, dirty blankets, discolored sheets, ant found in the one bed, shower pipe spraying, parking near impossible unless you have a small compact car, hole in the ceiling, cobwebs. Contacted owner, told to go in garage and switch breaker box- garage door needed to be manually lifted, did not like needing to do any electrical intervention. Owner said cleaning crew would come with new sheets- never showed. I continued to reach out and the owner quit responding. Waiting on open case ...

«We had a wonderful stay at this property! Naomi was very invested in our having a good stay. The property is very clean and well cared for. The pool and hot tub are well maintained. We paid to have the pool heated two days, and we used the hot tub at least once a day. Communication with Naomi was clear and easy. She cares about the people who stay, and genuinely went out of her way to make sure we had all that we needed. The property is great, and Naomi made it even better.»
