«The house is fantastic!The host was kind to let us check in a few hours early which was so helpful as our kids were sick and miserable.The house is right on a gorgeous beach that you can walk out to right from the back of the house. The house could use a few minor updates but it does not take away from the incredible location. It was also impeccably clean. We would definitely stay again!»

«The home was nice and all the beds were comfortable except the room with the two race car beds, they felt like you were laying on metal. I’m not sure if the pool heater ever came on when we asked Alexa to turn it on. The hot tub heater and jets worked really well and was very relaxing. «Location is amazing. Used to live in Dana Point and dreamed of staying on Beach Road. These are properties that from the ocean and the beach. The view is incredible! It is upstairs, so one flight, not bad. There are train tracks near by but almost not noticed. Unit itself very nice and very livable. No A/C but do not need it. Great natural cool Pacific air and wave noise.»

«Communication was a key factor also. Took 15 hours for hosts to respond back. To get door code . The kitchen does not include an oven. There is a microwave and toaster oven. The apartment is over the owners house down stairs. There is not any privacy on their patio. They can watch you if you choose to sit down there. The BBQ grill has not been cleaned in a long time making it non usable.. The mattress cover and pillows are both stained with yellow and tan colored stains. Plus a slight aroma ...

«We really enjoyed our stay here for our annual Disney trip! The property was only about a 5 minute drive from Disneyland and very easy to get a Lyft over there so we didn't have to worry about parking at the parks. There was plenty of space for our group of 6, could have easily fit several more! The rooms were comfortable and it was great that there were 3 full bathrooms. It unfortunately rained for most of our trip so we did not get much use of the pool/backyard but it did look very nice out ...
