«The listing says that it is walking distance to Disneyland. It is not. We had to drive and pay money to park every single day. Also, we had issues with the hot tub and the host just stopped responding. The kitchen needs to be stocked better. And they need to have more towels.Also, it is not the host’s fault, but the neighbors behind the home have very bright lights that they leave on all night long and so two of the bedrooms do not get very dark, even with the curtains. «Location is amazing. Used to live in Dana Point and dreamed of staying on Beach Road. These are properties that from the ocean and the beach. The view is incredible! It is upstairs, so one flight, not bad. There are train tracks near by but almost not noticed. Unit itself very nice and very livable. No A/C but do not need it. Great natural cool Pacific air and wave noise.»

«Good location and nice little place to stay. The on-street parking was handy and the neighborhood was quiet and convenient to restaurants, shopping and Disneyland. However, the place was not very clean. When we checked in, the bathroom was dirty—I had to sanitize and wipe down the bathroom sink, counter and toilet and there was a large amount of hair in the shower drain that I had to remove. «The house was dirty. The floors were not cleaned, the carpets not vacuumed well. The beds were stiff and the pillows were a mismatch of lumpy and flat. I’m sorry to say all this. The kitchen is great and the family room. But the dust and cobwebs in the bedrooms and bathrooms were not ok. I shouldn’t walk down the hall in my white socks and have the bottoms be black and full of dirt. »

«We loved staying here! We were visiting for my older sister graduation and to celebrate my little sisters birthday and this spot was perfect for CSU Fullerton and to go to Disneyland. The host checked in with us to make sure our stay was going well and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. I would definitely recommend this spot for those visiting for Disneyland or visiting for CSU Fullerton since it’s close to both!»
