«The actual stay was great. The room was very clean and I was very happy with the accommodation. My only feedback was the parking situation. Check-in, I asked about parking, I was not given very much direction as to what was available in the area. I drove around for a long time and eventually asked ChatGPT about the closest parking. There was parking one block away at the graduate house, part of the University of Toronto. It would’ve been so helpful had the front desk provided that information.»

«Hate to complain, but...... When you list a pool and hot tub I counted on using them. 2 days that I was there neither was working. The walls were so thin between units the gentleman next door woke me snoring. He was not loud and I sleep pretty soundly. You could hear the people having a regular conversation. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the amenities were nice. I just have a problem with advertised features that always seem to be down.»

«Suite in a 4 suite, 100 year old building in the downtown. Convenient location with a view of the lake. Clean, quiet rooms. Room had all the amenities, coffee, tea etc. and the owner baked every night and served fresh home baking for breakfast. Definitely worth the money......»

«The location was good for where we needed to be. It was clean and the finishes were nice. Unfortunately the bathroom sink drain was very slow and the shower water pressure was very low. The furniture arrangement made viewing the tv difficult. The beds blocked access to the closets. The host was responsive which was nice. »
