«Great place to stay. All of us were very happy there. The back patio was popular with my 8yo. We really appreciated the toys and swings. The kitchen had a great selection of pots, pans and dishes including plastic cups and plates for the littles! Access to laundry was fantastic for us as well. The host is extremely responsive and friendly. Next time we come to the area we will try to get our reservation at this home. Only one drawback- no beds on main floor but we still enjoyed our stay ...

«This property was a huge disappointment and not as described. We were placed in a basement unit despite booking what was advertised as a “premier house.” It’s not suitable for six guests. we were only five and still found it inadequate. Basic essentials were lacking: just two rolls of toilet paper for six days (the host was arguing with us that there was more even though we have picture proof there was two), towels smelled of mildew, and not enough sheets for the beds we requested. «Easily the best experience we have ever had short of a five star luxury hotel. I am NOT exaggerating. Andrii's hospitality was superb. The place was immaculate. Easily the most comfortable bed we've ever slept on. He has everything covered including laundry detergent. Check in was easy... We "lived" there for 6 nights and felt at home. «The owner was extremely friendly and assured us that he would supply all the necessities, such as sheets, pillows, and other basic items. The room was overall in good condition, and the location was quite convenient, with a parking space included. That said, the floor underneath the sofa was noticeably dirty, and the surface of sofa wasn’t clean, and because the room is in the basement, the air felt somewhat heavy. »

"Carpet on the floor made the air quality in the room poor. We caughed, and felt that having the aircondition didn't help. Remove carpet, or rinse it often. About breakfast, hot food like egg and bacon should be included. You had to pay extra for that. Breakfast was very basic north american, not what we expect as europeans. "
