"Unfortunately, this visit did not live up to the standard of my previous stays. The reception staff were excellent, the pool area is wonderful, and the breakfast offers an outstanding selection. However, our experience at the Steakhouse restaurant was very disappointing. Our meals did not arrive at the same time, and one salad was served so late that my colleague had almost finished her main course. No apology was offered. We also had to ask the waiter to put the Veuve Clicquot on ice, and most concerning, our red wine was repeatedly placed in the ice bucket.
