«The entire hotel stinks of cigarette. The stay would have been wonderful because the hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing. But the smell of cigarette ruins everything.
The hotel has casino on the ground floor and it is allowed to smoke in the casino, must have been smoking of a lot of people in the casino over the years that made the hotel stink of cigarette!»

«Unfortunately, we had to switch rooms because the first room had a smelly bathroom. Both rooms smelt moldy so it was a bit unpleasant. There was mold between the shower tiles.
Both rooms had noisy and old AC. We paid for breakfast, but we did not get our money's worth as the hotel has limited food options and only 1 or 2 dishes a day would be good. You can hear car traffic from outside very well. TV had limited channels, though with international channels, and some channels were unclear. ...

«a lot of hassle about credit to put the bill in the room, had to constantly swipe the card at reception to keep the credit up, even though the rooms were paid in advance and they had all my card details, will not use this hotel again, everything was just stress, the breakfast was not worth the money and the service in the breakfast room was very bad»

«Heritage Hotel is one of the iconic hotels I remember all the way back from the 90s. I stayed for the first time in 2008 and 2014. The hotel has a perfect location near the airport terminals and mall of Asia.
The staff is always amazing because of the wonderful Filipino hospitality.
