«The house and beach are the best locations! Short drive to all the restaurants and shops and far enough away for a quiet, peaceful stay. The house is beautiful and super clean. Everything you need is there for you. Long walks on the beach and beautiful sunrises all week! Wonderful vacation!»

«Jeff's property is absolutely adorable! The attention to detail in the decor and the amenities- from a well-stocked kitchen to the board games inside and the yard games outside- made our stay comfortable. The location is great too! It's close enough to all the action in Ogunquit/Perkins Cove while also being more woodsy and quiet. My friends and I had an amazing visit, and the comfort of this cottage was certainly part of our experience. We're looking forward to coming back soon!»

«the location is excellent proximity to downtown Portsmouth. It was so nice to be able to walk to and from dinner. Very quiet neighborhood. Charming old house with many older home quirks. The 3rd floor bedroom and bathroom are separated from the house but up many stairs so not too good for older adults and honestly more suitable for children or teens. It was quite stuffy however there is a nice breeze from the windows however.»

«The house was oversized for just the 4 of us but we had great weather and the water was within walking distance. I didn’t like that the tvs required using our own streaming codes and couldn’t figure out how to do it but we weren’t there the watch tv so it was a minor issue. Alll in all 4 thumbs up 👍.»

«Extremely clean place, all the amenities were there, short walk to Long Sands Beach (which has restrooms), short drive(s) to shopping, Nubble Light, etc. BTW, Dunne's Ice Cream, close to Nubble Light, is best ever. Mike was a great host, checked in with us before we got there, and encouraged any communication during our stay. A perfect place, would do it again. Thanks Mike!»

«The place was better then expected with all the essentials you could need. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Roomy enough for 6-8 people to sleep. Great patio with chairs and grill. And only 2-3 blocks to the beach! Even could see it from property. Lots of shops near beach, light house and restaurants. And if you need more shopping .. alot more shops in Kittery .. only 10 minutes away. Would definitely go again!»

«Every spring we go away for my birthday. We chose Maine this year because we hadn’t been up here in over 20 years so we gave it a shot. The location was great. Didn’t realize it was race weekend but we enjoyed cheering on the runners. Will definitely book again if we choose to return to the area.»

«The only things I could say about the home that could use improvement were that the upstairs tv didn’t work/was missing a power cord and that there was no soap provided for the bath. Everything else was wonderful. Would totally come back (and bring soap):)»

«This home finished in1886 is very true to its era with a framed document stating such. There is also an album of generations of the original family sharing their time and selling to a new family in the 80’s. Windows redone, some newer appliances and the original wide plank hardwood floor intact. Truly a joy to stay and watch the sunrise diagonally across the street at 6:40am every day. My family enjoyed the wraparound front porches and relaxed there often. Thank you,»
