«The staff was very welcoming and pleasant. The view from our balcony room overlooking the Ogunquit river was beautiful and tranquil. The breakfast included was better than average with many offerings including warm entrees. Nice comfy robes (even slippers included) was a bonus.»

«Mary & Tracy were the best hosts making sure we had fresh towels, suggesting restaurants & things to do, etc. The upper deck was welcoming with wonderful views. The room was clean, a comfortable bed with fridge and microwave. Ocean is right across the street.... bring your chairs!»

«The location of this property was great, on the perimeter of downtown Portsmouth which is a wonderful little city. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, both for good selection and the taste. My biggest complaint is that it was very noisy in my room. The AC unit is the loudest I've ever heard. A few times I thought it was a nearby train when it started running. Also the people in the room above me woke me up at 1 AM doing something. I didn't hear voices ...

«My Monday-Friday stay here was great! Staff was very welcoming and knowledgable about the surrounding areas. The pool was heated & well maintained. The room was clean, A/C worked great, and TV was quite easy to use. I was excited to see I had a tub as well as a detachable shower head. The beach was a 15-minute walk away and was absolutely lovely. Many shops & restaurants were within walking distance as well. «We recently stayed here and overall had a very positive experience. The rooms have been recently renovated, and the upgrades are beautiful. The space felt modern, clean, and fresh. While there was still quite a bit of construction happening around the property, it did not disrupt our stay at all. One thing we really appreciated was being allowed to park onsite before check-in.
