«The location of this property was great, on the perimeter of downtown Portsmouth which is a wonderful little city. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, both for good selection and the taste. My biggest complaint is that it was very noisy in my room. The AC unit is the loudest I've ever heard. A few times I thought it was a nearby train when it started running. Also the people in the room above me woke me up at 1 AM doing something. I didn't hear voices ...

«My Monday-Friday stay here was great! Staff was very welcoming and knowledgable about the surrounding areas. The pool was heated & well maintained. The room was clean, A/C worked great, and TV was quite easy to use. I was excited to see I had a tub as well as a detachable shower head. The beach was a 15-minute walk away and was absolutely lovely. Many shops & restaurants were within walking distance as well. This stay ended up being under-budget for me, too, so I consider it a steal. My trip ...
