«Nice clean place, but one of the rooms was not how it was pictured. Instead of a queen, it had bunk beds. Water pressure was great upstairs but low downstairs in the bathroom. Also, ice maker didn't work. Great location»

«All we could say was wow! Words cannot express the view from this house! It looked like a picture! Beautiful view, fully loaded kitchen, spacious, comfortable beds, everything was perfect. I have the worst cell service and I couldn’t get the app to work but David answered my call right away and helped us get in. I’d highly recommend this property and we can’t wait to come back!»

«Cute comfortable cottage in a great location! Kitchen was very well outfitted. Proper pots and pans! Newer washing machine and dryer. Window A/C units in the bedrooms. There is a fireplace but we didn’t use it. For those who can’t do stairs, keep in mind that there is a step up/down between the kitchen and living room and to/from the laundry area and second bedroom. Easy walk into the center of Kennebunkport. Approx. 20 minute walk to lovely Gooch’s Beach. We loved the balcony too. Thanks so ...
