Welcome to your Oceanside retreat, a stunning beachfront haven that promises an unforgettable stay. Nestled in the heart of Oceanside, this luxurious 10-bedroom, 7-bathroom home accommodates up to 22 guests, making it perfect for large families or group getaways.

The property boasts a thoughtfully designed layout, featuring spacious bedrooms with plush king and queen beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Each bedroom is uniquely themed, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The home includes multiple full bathrooms, providing convenience and comfort for all guests.

Step into the expansive living room, where panoramic doors open to a private deck, perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals, with modern appliances, cookware, and dining essentials. Wireless internet and a TV ensure you stay connected and entertained.

Outside, the property features a private spa, fire pit, and BBQ grill, creating the perfect setting for evening gatherings. The oceanfront location offers direct beach access, allowing you to enjoy the serene beauty of the Pacific Ocean.

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.

Great!

Beautiful spot and property! We were there for our annual family reunion. There were some issues with the property during our weeklong stay, but the property management team was extremely responsive and resolved things as they came up very promptly. I’d stay again for sure!

Great spot for family Reunion

We were able to all meet up at this location and enjoy time with family that we don’t always get to see. There were plenty of rooms available, the living area was great for our large group and there were plenty of bathrooms for people to feel they had privacy. Great food and beaches are all nearby.

Great place for a large group

Our work team stayed here for our annual strategic planning meeting/retreat. It was perfect for us. 10 adults fit comfortably with our own rooms. Plenty of bathrooms. The view as wonderful. The location was great. There was plenty of street parking. The place was clean. Property management was responsive and helpful.

Great for our Group

We held a business training for our group of 9 and this house was perfect in that everyone had their own room. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. Beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were plenty, very nice and clean with nice towels. The main level kitchen/dining/living area is very big and allowed us to work on the two large dining tables during the day and serve everyone around the table for dinner each evening. The TV screen in the living area was great as we used it for zoom mtgs and presentations. The kitchen was good size and worked well as we ate every meal at the house daily. All of the appliances were very nice to use. Along with kitchen accessories. The upper patio deck was great. We opened the large doors and enjoyed the entire area. The middle level covered patio was also enjoyed. Good news: We had a small issue with a clogged sink and with a quick text to the property mgmt it was fixed immediately. Thank you for offering such a beautiful property and a great place for our event.

Great Stay

The house easily accommodated the size of our group. It was comfortable with great views and a quiet neighborhood. While there isn't much sandy beach directly in front of the house, there is a lot of potential for surfing in front of the house. Sandy beaches are just a short drive away.

Picturesque and Spacious

I had a group of 10 pastors who I really wanted to get away, relax, and be comfortable. This was a perfect property: literally sits on the beach, everyone got their own room, lots of bathroom space, and indoor and outdoor meeting locations. Loved it!

Get Memories Made!

Fabulous mini vacation!!! 5 days + checkout day, 8 adults and 7 children, plenty of room for everyone! House was beautifully clean and welcoming when we arrived! Great restaurants in walking distance. Property manager was very quick with responses. Mildly disappointed in the amount of beach we could access, but we assumed it was the time of year, we made it work and played in the water every day. We would happily stay there again!!!

Don't stay here

Outside of the property was filthy. Dog feces (one spot), cigarette butts on the deck (not a lot but even one is puzzling), zero access to the beach without walking about a mile away or climbing down the huge rocks. to the positive, inside of house was nice, recently remodeled but the deck was just really old, couches were old and dirty. yes ocean front but just not in the way you think. beach us underwater 90% of the day. not at all what we thought it would be.

This is not worth $2000 plus a night rate house. Rooms are very small. Do not recommend to anyone.

This is not definitely worth of $2000 plus for night rate. Rooms are very small. Beds are not comfortable. We ran out of hot water after taking four people took quick shower. Our hot tub never works. I would not recommend this to my friends and family.

Did not disappoint!!!

Excellent home for family reunion. We had 13 stay at the home but had 10 more visit most of the stay! Views are beautiful! At low tide surfers and swimmers were able to climb the boulders and swim right in front of home. Plenty of street parking. A wonderful vacation for all!

Beautiful Beach House in Oceanside

The property was spotless clean, and very well located. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook during our stay. Parking was easy - the garages are small but there was plenty of street parking right outside the front door. The only negative I can come up with is that there really is no beach access, and during high tide you can't even see sand. But all in all, it was a great time. Thank you.

Good times were had by all.

The management company responded quickly to all our concerns. There were some dirt does on the, some sort of oily substance, but were easily cleaned up. The property was pretty much as advertised. The one item was that the beach shown in pictures was really only available for a limited time, at low tide. The views were great. Easily accommodated our group of 15.

Totally disappointing... not worth the money.

The house and ocean view is beautiful, but overall we were extremely disappointed. Upon arriving, the inside of the house was filthy. The couch cushions were stained, we had to clean up a spilled bottle with some kind of fluid in it that was under the couch but coming out- every bed but 2 in the house had stained sheets- some looked like bodily fluids like blood. The walls were dirty... the outside had water bottles left outside, trash everywhere- there were many broken things in the bathrooms, and both the fooseball table and the hot tub were broken and not working. We called “management”, texted and emailed multiple times and finally they sent out “maintenance”, which dropped off sheets for us to change... we had to change the disgusting sheets off the bed, with no gloves for ourselves or anything. I took pictures of everything- then we had to clean the disgusting walls so we didn’t touch anything. There were boogers on the bathroom walls... boogers! We literally spent hours cleaning when we first got there- when this was supposed to be a relaxing week with family we haven’t seen in 3 years. They texted in the morning to see what beds needed to be changed- but we had stayed there the night before! We couldn’t sleep on those disgusting sheets, but apparently they thought we should have. I spent literally hours trying to communicate with them- trying to get to the manager who could finally help us. He came by, told us he would take care of everything, and gave us a $50 food gift card. $50 didn’t even cover my own cleaning supplies I had to go purchase. We splurged for this trip- we paid a little over $1000 a night- and we could only do that since we haven’t gone anywhere with covid- for that kind of money it should have been 4 star, and it was worse than a motel 6, and he NEVER followed up. They finally said they would come and fix things, but by that time they had wasted so much of our time, and it had been so upsetting we decided to just deal with it and told them not to fix anything so we could try and finally relax. It was awful,a joke, and so disappointing. Also- the beach pictures in the photos- the ones with SAND... there is NO SANDY BEACH at this house. The owner told us later apparently that is only there during certain times of year- it is a total rocky beach. Those pictures are misleading which was heartbreaking for that is really the reason why we chose this house. Beware, this property is not what it promised to be.

Beautiful Beach House

What a beautiful beach home and location! Thank you so much for allowing us to make incredible memories at your home. We did have to park our rental car on the street due to the broken garage door on arrival but the property manager was on top of trying to take care of the issue and it wasn’t that big of a deal. There was also a plumbing issue in one of the bathrooms but again the property manager got someone out right away and took care of it and since there were multiple bathrooms we really weren’t that inconvenienced. The only thing I would suggest is providing a few more paper towel rolls and proving at least another full set of eating utensils. With the 15 guests we had we would run out of forks to eat at eat meal. Overall we are hoping to make this trip an annual trip and would love to come back again. The place is breath taking!!! Would highly recommend!!

Amazing Property with an Amazing View

The pictures ate exactly how this house looks. The house was clean and nicely set up with bath towels and beach towels. Everything was perfect. The kitchen had a good anoint of dishes and cooking pots/pans. We were also able to check in a couple minutes early. Only down fall was the small fire pit did not work. I definitely recommend staying at this place with family and friends.
