«Door handle inside house fell right off. Bedrooms are musty smelling. Fire pit didn’t light. Hot tubs were falling apart. Dresser drawer fell off. The staff that came to fix our problems couldn’t understand why we had complained and refused to come in the house. She was rude, unapologetic, and said “I’m not dealing with this” and walked away.
