This open concept beach house is in the sought after community, Montego Bay with a quiet and serene water view! Sit on the back deck with your coffee or cocktail and enjoy the peaceful view!
~Newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located on the walking path and Wildlife Preserve.
~Short walk to the beach, with 2 community Pools and tennis courts available to use while you vacation here. Free put put golf and pickle ball courts as well.
~Quiet streets to ride bikes and walk to the beautiful Sunsets on the bay. Walking distance to Northside Park and Shopping/Restaurants!

A very wonderful way to spend a week. Check-in was easy, the residence was spotless, and all the views were spectacular. The variety of televisions kept children, adults, and grandparents entertained, and because of the hurricane threat, informed of important weather information. We took advantage of the community pool, and various nearby beaches, as well as the attractions of the O.C. Boardwalk. The pond always offered an ever-changing landscape of wildlife. Three generations give this property very high marks.

Great place to stay with our family! Very clean had great amenities and loved the quiet community. We loved the small features for the guest like the charging stations and ample towels available! The deck was great to relax in and has a wonderful view of the pond. The communication with Kris was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Serene Water Views was nothing short of exceptional. The house was in a great location for a quiet beach getaway. Great outdoor space to unwind after a day in the beach! Comfortable furniture and bedrooms were great for a relaxing trip. Beyond my expectations!

I have rented in Ocean city for 35 years, this rental is by far the best place I had the pleasure of staying in. Everything about it was just perfect! So clean, fully stock and all furniture is new and comfortable. RENT THIS PROPERTY!

Family long weekend

We enjoyed staying at this lovely home. Everything was pristine, clean and fresh. We were pleasantly surprised to see many updates to the home in comparison to the pictures. The property manager thought of everything to make our stay comfortable from having batteries for our two year old grandson’s toys, to having loads of games for the family, many phone chargers and flat screen tvs in every room and bedroom, laptop setup with google play, and lovely deck with seating for beautiful sunrises and sunsets….and loads of other amenities for the home and the beach. She was very responsive to our calls and questions. Thank you so much for being the best hostess during our stay. Just one suggestion, may need something for initial mildewy beach smell. Once we increased the coolness with the air conditioner and turned on all ceiling fans, it helped. Again everything was perfect for our stay and we will be back for another stay!

A little bit of Heaven

Place was very clean & welcoming. Plenty of room, there were 9 of us. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook . I enjoyed sitting on the back deck by the bay drinking a cup of coffee first thing in the morning. It is a quiet community & has a nice trail going around the bay area to walk or bike. The ducks & 2 fountains were an added touch. Would definitely stay here again. My only suggestion would be grab bars in the shower/tub. Thanks for being a good hostess.

Best vacation ever

We loved this place. Everything was perfect. Quiet.. Great pier to fish. Clean and beautifully decorated. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, the owner was excellent to deal with and loved the personal touches. Tons of games to play. We will definitely be back.

Great Long Weekend!

We loved our stay here. The house was clean and updated. Kris was very responsive and just a great host. We stayed here with 3 adult couples and a 3 year old and we found it to be spacious enough for a long weekend summer getaway. It was also in a great neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Week Down the Shore

Great home away from home

Perfect Place for a Long Weekend

Great place! The entire house was so clean and is larger than how it looks in pictures. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Perfect for my daughter and several friends to celebrate her birthday. We especially loved spending time on the back deck after a day at the beach. The view is gorgeous for morning coffee and sunset. Had lights to enjoy it in the evening as well. The adjacent walking path and neighborhood are perfect for walking or bike riding. Location was perfect to experience OC and we decided to go to Rehoboth for an evening. It was an easy short drive. I will definitely come back again next season! Host was very helpful and answered all questions promptly.

Very Enjoyable.

House is clean and nicely decorated. The furniture is comfortable. Two of the bedrooms are a little tight but comfortable. Perfect location. Pool, tennis and pickle ball courts within walking distance. Owner is very accommodating and helpful. Linens provided are good quality.

Great family spot

My wife and I found this spot through a friend and glad we did. Great location in the community near the neighborhood pond (walking and relaxing) and pool. Loved that we could pop over to the beach or stay at the community pool. Kristen made the stay stress-free. Spacious rooms and house with comfy beds close to a lot of great places to eat!! We will be back!

Great experience

Our stay at this property was just great. The host was so accommodating & efficient right from booking. She answered any questions i had almost immediately. The house was clean & bright & very welcoming. The host thought of everything you might need from a phone charger to tissues in every room. The kitchen, bedrooms & bathrooms had all we needed. The deck was adorable, whether sitting by the water watching the ducks or the sunrise/sunset. We were very pleased with the house & if visiting ocean city again, would definitely stay there.

Lovely place to stay

Beautiful view from the deck and loved the walking trail that was just steps away. Sheets, towels, and pillows being provided was wonderful. Living room was spacious and plenty of room for our family. It was very clean and everything you need is provided. Loved it!
