When you go up the oak staircase to the second level, you'll find another full kitchen with a dining table and a Roku TV. The second floor of this home also has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The first bedroom this floor has 2 double beds, cable and Roku TV and a private bathroom. The second bedroom on this floor has 2 double beds. The third bedroom on has one double bed. The second and third bathroom on this floor share a full Jack and Jill type bathroom. Proceeding up the staircase to the third level, you'll find 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a toilet and tub (no shower.) The first bedroom on the upper level has 3 twin beds with cable TV and the second bedroom on the upper level has a double bed, a twin bed and Roku TV. In total, this charming home comes with 7 double beds and 4 twin beds. This home offers the charm of a 1940s home but also has modern amenities. Amenities include window unit air conditioning in the living room, kitchens and all bedrooms. Also, high speed internet/Wi-Fi and a combination of cable TV and Roku TVs so you can watch your favorite programs. You'll receive 3 parking spaces (will fit 3 standard sized cars) in the building's parking lot. If you have oversized vehicles, you may be limited to 2 parking spaces. Whether you're looking to enjoy the waves, explore nearby attractions, or simply unwind, this beach house has everything you need for a memorable vacation! Please be aware that the entrance to this home is on the second floor and there is no elevator in the building. You'll need to use stairs to get to any level of this home.

A complete linen package is $263.65. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
