«We arrived at the room and found that the bedding was stained and there was hair in the bedding. The floors had not been cleaned and we refused to stay there. The listing also lists a washer and dryer...there are no washer and dryer. We asked for a refund and owner refused.»

«Overall the property was good but some things to note. 1. Hot water wasn’t working when we arrived. They had someone over within 2 hours to check it, and did end up fixing it within about 4 hours, it was frustrating after a long travel day. 2. The kitchen floor and cupboards were sticky. At first glance, the bathroom appeared clean, but the extractor fan was covered in dust and there were mould spots on the ceiling.
