Location of condo is actually in a different bay completely different than location listed (turtle bay). Host was very pushy to get us to change our listing based of location miscommunication, but was no refundable. «This place was great! It’s Simple, clean, and cozy. At the end of the road so it was quiet. A quick easy walk to the beach. And there was plenty of beach gear around, so when I wanted a cooler and a chair I had one. I was there while the whole island was flooding, all my friends were staying down the road at the Ritz. They lost power and were taking cold showers. I was charging their phones for them because this place never lost power!»

«We were not informed until it was too late to cancel our booking and receive a full refund that the pool and hot tabs were under repairs and not available. «We booked this property for two nights expecting a one-bedroom unit, which was essential as we were traveling with a child. About one hour before arrival, the host informed us that the couch does not convert into a bed. Upon arrival, it became clear that the seating was a love seat, not suitable for sleeping. «Towel rack was broken, suitcase stand needed to be put back together. Only 2 total towels for 2 weeks for 2 people. Listed as an apartment but had no stove. No dresser and a tiny closet so we had to live out of our suitcase. No trash bags no housekeeping no outlets in bathroom. Curtains didn’t slide properly,half attached. No bath mat. «Wonderful stay. What a spectacular oceanfront view! I could stay in the room all day just sitting on the balcony looking at the view! Everything in the apartment was new and looked very clean. The mattress was sooooo comfortable, and I could sleep in with the blackout curtains! Highly recommend this rental!»

«The host was the best part, so kind and patient. The location was nice, however, close to a traffic light that had long stops. The water clogged, but it’s an older building so it was understandable. Everything else is good it was a comfortable stay.»
