«Communication was quick and friendly. They addressed my questions timely. When we arrived, the guest house was clean, comfortable, and very nice. We were very impressed and would definitely stay there again when in the area.»

«Booked this home and then called the number provided for check in instructions and was told it was occupied and we could not check in. Seems very unorganized so if you need a place to stay would not rely on this place. Cannot speak to the property condition as we were never there.»

«There where clean rooms but it’s overly to hot in the rooms because there only like one vent so the air really doesn’t go through but there is a fan in the room didn’t help much but overall it’s was pretty decent»

«Fun place to stay and close to downtown food and fun.»

«Other than a few spiderwebs in the corners of the room everything was fantastic.»

«The host was very helpful and prompt with their response»

«This was a nicely appropriated space! It was just me and the wife, but it was only 2 minutes from my daughter's place, so it worked out comfortably. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. I would definitely stay here again. The host stayed in constant communication with us and provided for everything we needed.»

Looked like dead skin was floating on top of the water ( I even have pictures ) so with ...

From the sheer size and plentitude of accomodations of "The Sweet", to the hospitality given through the week. We cannot wait to come back, and perhaps check out the other options with "The Cottage", "The Estate, or The Big House"!!»

«Walking distance to all the museums, the St Pete Pier, and great rrstaurants. As a finished garage soace, it was very tight, but we were able to make it work. Great location.»

«Great little getaway close to safety harbor downtown area with cool bars and restaurants »

«We are over 70 n handicap. We had to move over to other unit bed was saturated from air conditioning»

«Overall, the property was nice. There was a lot of thought put into conveniences for the guests, such as plentiful towels, common kitchen gadgets, and smaller fridges in a couple of the rooms. A good attempt was made to update the property for use, but not all the workmanship was good quality (Ex: A/C vents falling off the walls, loose carpet) and there were some issues we experienced (Ex: The A/C wasn’t working well because of how hot it was outside, so the top bedroom was too hot for ...
