«Location for this unit is great. Amenities such as pool and club house are very good and well maintained.The unit we rented is in dire need of an intense cleaning. The rugs are dirty, the unit is very dusty, the washer had to be cleaned before use, and the cooking supplies are worn, dirty and scratched to the point they must be replaced. «We love the Vista Cay condo complex. Overall great location, amenities and adjacent to grocery stores, Convention Center area and theme parks.We also love the one-floor 3 BR units like this one. The unit and layout were good. The unit was very short on many items (glasses, silverware, clothes hangers) and the interior wasn't quite as nice as others we have stayed in. But overall, clean and decent and a good value.»
