«Check in staff member was combative for no reason. I asked if she could extent my stay another night and she said she couldn’t add a second night until the next day after I checked out first and that at that time she would be able to tell me if I could get another night. «Very clean and kind staff. I would like to recommend to stay here if you don’t have children. If there is slippers would be much better, and check the shampoo and conditioner full since there was no conditioner in the container.»

Soda’s available down at the food area, and snacks at the snack shop. Complementary rides from hotel to casino and back to room. «Our room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. However, the sound-proofing between floors is poor, so my husband was woken up frequently by the person in the room above us walking around. Also, there was quite a bit of space around the door to the room, causing a lot of light to come through all around the door.»

«This was a really nice updated room, but the beds had a metal "apron" around the base. It made an ungodly clanging sound everytime you bumped it with your foot. Very friendly staff & nice breakfast. »

«We had noisy people next to us all night. They woke us up at different times of the night . They were still yelling at 3:30 am. We did not get any sleep. I called the front desk several times . And when I checked out I let them know again and she said “oh we have thin walls.” I will not be staying there again. »
