So disappointed. We have stayed at this Oxford property multiple times and thought it was great. This visit was not great. Neither elevator was working during our stay. Staff made the service elevator available so we didn’t have to use the stairs. When we arrived around 4:30, there were at least 3 housekeeping carts in the hall. Our room had the window open and the couch cushions turned up which made it seem like they were trying to air out the room. There was no alarm clock in the room and the HVAC was loud. The shower water handle was loose and didn’t stay in position to maintain desired temperature. We were told at check in that happy hour drinks and snacks would be available at 5:30. They were not available at 5:30; we waited for 15-20 minutes and left. The snack section next to the front desk was out of order. I observed small pieces of trash in the hallway when I came in for the night that were still there the next morning. Sadly, we likely won’t be back.
