«Clean, convenient. Melanie kept in touch regarding access to the unit, etc. close to Seattle Center, nice grocery store across the street, friendly coffee shop on the corner. It is on a main street and is loud, making sleep difficult.»

«Was a bit smaller than I anticipated:; more pictures would be helpful. But it is close to the airport and the neighborhood is safe and other than airplanes are very quiet. The property manager was very helpful and very easy to get a hold of they have put TLC into their small space adjunct to their home. My rating would be 4.5 just as a few more visual details would be good.»

«We stayed in 442, it was very clean and unique. Communications were good. Area was fun to be in, near Seatle University. We would suggest a couple of things be included with the rental. A TV and more amenities in the kitchen (can opener, wine opener, baking pans, colander). In the bedrooms either shelves or a small dresser for non hanging clothes. In the area where the couch is, maybe a table to place things on. From Apt 442 it is hard to see the mountains, but nice views of the overall area.»

Neat, quirky home built in the 1920’s with a view of the mountains from the kitchen on a clear day. Was a great location for getting around and within walking distance to the neat restaurants on Fremont street as well as the zoo and rose garden. Lots of street parking. Know they are working on an outdoor area which would be great for the days that the sun pokes through. Overall great place ...

The garden patio was huge and private. French doors opened onto it, making the whole place feel spacious and bright. We will be back!»

«I stayed here for 6 days as part of the crew of a sail racing team. The apartment was really convenient for walking to the marina, downtown and to tourist attractions like the Space Needle. It was a very peaceful relaxing space and the kitchen was great for preparing simple meals. I can highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again.»
