«Staff were very warm & friendly. Room was to die for. Bed facing private deck with private infinity pool connecting with the ocean & horizon!!! Didn’t really need to leave the room ….except that it was wonderful going up for breakfast every morning (overlooking the whole bay)….or having a drink & some food poolside by the restaurant. Walking down the hill to Las Catalinas & back gave us the cardio we needed. My favorite hotel in the world ! »

«The W was excellent. The reserve is just breathtaking with its natural beauty. The beach access was another winner!! The sand and water were picture worthy. You can see iguanas and hear the holler monkeys from your balcony.
We got the all inclusive package and sometimes that’s a gamble but the food was outstanding. The drinks were not watered down like a lot of establishments. We had excellent service from Robert, Kaylor, and Liz. We loved every minute of our stay. »

«Swim up bar was nice, only had 1 main restaurant but they did have dufferent themed dinners so the food changed. I wished the staff catered to you while on the beach but otherwise it is a very nice and friendly property. »
