«We stayed here the night before our flight home, to be closer to the airport. Very much an ok stay. Pros: Good shuttle service to the airport. There's a pool. Dinner at the restaurant was good. Room was a good size. Cons: The hallway and especially our room smelled quite... musty? They all had wall-to-wall carpets, and everything was clean, but there was a distinct smell. Also, the breakfast wasn't amazing. All in all a very much ok airport hotel.»

«We truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bosque Del Mar. Our Oceanfront room was wonderful with all the amenities needed--large room, separate sitting area and lovely balcony to view Playa Hermosa. The staff were also very accommodating. Our only complaint is that the beach seating is removed each day between 6 and 7pm. We would have appreciated the opportunity to continue to enjoy the beach with a place to sit in the evening. One suggestion: As there is no gift shop in the hotel or nearby, it ...

«Not very hacienda style design. Poor food, nothing to do beside being at the pool or in the standard pool. Beach ok to look at, but can't really use it or swim in the sea. Could be anywhere, far from anything resembling the real Costa Rica. Offering extremely expensive transportation to airport, added another 165 usd to the bill for a 45 min drive in the early morning in a worn out Toyota Lancruiser. But beautiful view to the Pacific. And reception did change my room to one with actual sea view ...

«LOVED my stay. I locked myself out of the safe and the room within the first hour of me checking in and they were patient and quick with helping me. Staff is amazing.
