«This property was great for our family! It was very clean and comfortable and Milly was an excellent host. She was very quick to respond to the few questions that I had. The only thing a renter may need to be aware of is the home is an upstairs apartment. When I read the listing I thought it was a house. «We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Vilma's home. Everything we needed for our time in the Keys and Everglades was available, including a well-stocked kitchen, beach towels, and bathroom supplies. All the beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. Vilma gave us some great tips on the best key lime pie and other area options. We also enjoyed the nearby community pool we walked to. «This is by far the BEST experience I’ve ever had. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the boat driver, Captain Ryan. The ride over was easy and quick. We rode with 1 other couple and the captain helped everyone aboard, with a hand and carried our luggage aboard. He had a very friendly demeanor. «Maybe a boutique style isn't my cup of tea! The bathrooms are beautiful but were not practical for 4 adults and 2 teenagers who all wanted to shower and not use a soaker tub. The listing was a little off base as it did say 3 bedrooms in the title but then mentioned 4 bedrooms and a sofa bed. While it could sleep 8, one room had a double bed and bunk beds. The location worked out well for us though. We didn't do any cooking but looked like the kitchen was well stocked.»

«This property is at least a 20-year old single wide mobile home. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living space are very small. The ceilings are 7-feet high and claustrophobic. While the home was very clean on arrival, and the staff was friendly, the home is showing signs of wear and disrepair. The ceilings are definitely cracking and in need of repair.
