«The apartment doesn’t look the same in person as it does in the photos. It’s an older complex and connected to other units . It was clean enough but did have a musty dank smell possibly from past water leaks or odors from another unit. Because it’s a bottom floor apartment the lights and sounds from the parking lot were somewhat of an issue. There was a lot going out there including some car repairs. The interstate and train tracks are also very close . Probably not ideal for solo female ...

«On line host was helpful but the absence of any owner rep on site was not reassuring, especially spending 20 minutes finding the right apartment in the dark on arrival. I disliked the threats about car being towed if one failed to fill in a daily questionnaire. »

«The host was very responsive to my questions. Answered in a timely manner. The location is very close to UT Austin. It is an apartment building that seems to house a lot of UT students. We were there over a weekend and it was very quiet. It is an older building but seems to be well maintained. Our only issues were with the little things. Two wash clothes in the entire apartment that sleeps 4-6 people. No towels in the kitchen to dry dishes. No hangers in the closets. The pillows need replaced. ...
