«Had a great stay at East Austin Hotel. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite from start to finish. They even helped me with my luggage after checkout, which I really appreciated. The restrooms and overall property were very clean, and the location was perfect with everything nearby. The whole area felt welcoming and easy to get around. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m back in Austin.»

«Upon arriving the staff was friendly and they actually even upgraded my room to a bigger one. Everything about the room was great from the spaciousness, to the comfortable beds, and modern look to the room. Not to mention the very convenient medium sized fridge/freezer, mini stove and other amenities . The only thing I will say though that did us the most dirty was that my vehicle along with 9 to 10 other peoples vehicle was broken into… All of our passenger back seat windows were shattered.. ...

«The first room we were assigned was visibly filthy. The second room wasnt truly an upgraded but we managed. The grounds area was not upkept especially being located downtown. They constantly ran out of towels and housekeeping were very unprofessional and rude when asked for extras. The elevators were down the entire weekend. There were creepy crawlers indicating the cleanliness of the building. »

«Clean room, nice staff, and a Pappadeux nearby, also in a quiet part of town. Nothing spectacular, but the kind of consistency you’d expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. The only thing about them is the pillows could be a bit more dense and the beds a maybe aren’t as luxurious or comfy as higher end spots. But for a quick stay or business trip, it does just fine. You can always ask for extra pillows, if needed.»

«This is the cleanest hotel u been to. Austin was so sweet and attentive even it being 4 am in the morning. The breakfast was phenomenal. All the staff were amazing. Would definitely recommend. The only thing was the elevator made a creaking noise everytime.»

«I had high hopes for this hotel for its exceptional 9.4 star rating but unfortunately, the cons far outweigh the pros. Pros: Safe location (within shopping plaza); very spacious rooms with separate living/couch area; very comfortable beds with plush clean sheets; breakfast was good but I did wish the food was warmer -- for some reason the temp was pretty low. Cons: Both bedside lightings did not work; the telephone was dead (bye bye room service); BOTH outlets on the bedside table did not ...
