«There were 6 of us in this lovely house for a long weekend walking/eating/drinking trip and we had a great time. The house was well suited to our needs. We ate out one evening but cooked in-house too. Kitchen well stocked with all that we needed. We would definitely come and stay again.»

«Excellent location 15 mins walk into cromer ( by road) there are steps to the beach. You need to be fit to use them as there are over 200! Nice large grassed play area for kids with swings etc. It took us about 30 mins to walk to overstrand»

«We had a great home away from home experience. We wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and we got exactly that. It was nice to have a Christmas tree to place our Christmas gifts and experience opening our presents in front of a log fire. Our 6 year old was happy to have so much space as well as have his own time in the snug room. Great experience for all of us.»

«This chalet had everything we needed for a great week at the broads area. Booking was very easy as Sandra was very prompt also in answering any questions we had. There is a well stocked shop & post office within 2 mins walk also a very good fish shop within 5 min walk. We would definitely visit again next year.»
