«Nearby to shops, clean and cute. Pictures are accurate as are the other reviews about it being in an older building. No significant neighbor noise or issues when I was there. Construction nearby but didn’t bother me as it wasn’t noisy when I was there. Parking is easy. Very good communication with host with fast response time. Minor maintenance issues reported to the host with a positive response. Overall a good stay. »

«Neighborhood felt relatively quiet and safe. Our neighbors next door were moving the next day and decided to get drunk and party with some friends til past 0230. This was no fault of the owner, I managed after 3 attempts to defuse the issue and it got quiet. I explained the issue with the owner and requested a time extension and she was very accommodating, considering my issue. (PS, the neighbors have moved and should not be an issues for future visitors)!»

«The property was very nice. The location in the middle of the town was excellent. Walking distance to places to eat and shopping. It was also very easy to get to downtown Kansas City. It was just 15-20 mins to get there. The park along the river was beautiful. I would definitely stay there again.»
