«My youngest son graduated from Rice Univ and so my husband and two older children stayed at the house during our visit! "Place was ok - but housekeeping was poor under the excuse of “environmental”. Poster explained housekeeping every 3rd day for long term staying guests. I stayed for 4 nights and didn’t see any housekeeping. Room service was poor - and essentially I had to pick up my own order. Not a Double tree by Hilton as I know it. Area is not the best - nor the worst. Pool was not very inviting. Actually the model pool I had later was much more inviting. Pool at DTbH looks amazing in photographs - but it really has a different feel when you experience it. "
