«This is my favorite hotel to stay at in Houston. It’s conveniently located near all of the restaurants, bars, and shops of the Heights. The rooms are always clean and the hotel is family friendly. It’s a great place to stay whether you’re on vacation or traveling for work. The WiFi is fast and all of the televisions have access to Netflix. If you need assistance during your stay, the hotel staff is knowledgeable and friendly. For the price, you really can’t beat it. I can’t recommend this hotel ...

«The room was clean and the people were very accommodating. The only “issue” was the water pressure in the shower and if coffee makers in the room is a must have for someone this place ain’t that. They do offer coffee in the lobby though. Just the rooms don’t have them. Other than that the place is fine. The curtains are amazing! They blackout the room very well! The location is great. So much to do in that area and not hard to get to all the big areas from there with highway access so close. »

«Room was clean upon arrival. Stay was amazing. Rooms are pretty soundproof so slept very well although it’s close to the highway. The staff was very friendly and housekeeping very respectful of our things left around the room.»

«It wasnt bad. Served its purpose. Staff was friendly. Very accommodating. However, the double beds were rock hard. I woke up with the worst back pain in my life and im 25. Came with complimentary toothbrushes that are prepasted with toothpaste. They are on the cheap side so the toothpaste didnt exactly make your mouth foamy. It lasted a little bit and then youre basically just brushing your teeth with saliva.»

«Great location with convenient parking that was included. Staff was great. Location felt safe for me and my family. My dog was also well received. Go club suite if you can, very nice amenities included with it. Room is a little outdated, but that didn’t bother us. Would definitely book again.»

«The room stunk, it was a kitchenette with no cookware. We found a bedbug and seen a roaches. I swear they have to be writing these reviews themselves. Didn’t stay long enough to find out about the breakfast. Although it wouldn’t have made any difference I wouldn’t have eaten anything anyway.»

«Staff was really helpful. We needed another key, they helped us no problem. They made change for us so we could use the laundry facility. Sheets had some stains, tho. Holes in the curtains. My room could have been cleaner.»
