We were allowed to drop off our luggage early, and when our flight got delayed there was no hesitation in allowing us to check out an hour late. The pool was nice and the back patio was enjoyable. «While this has the potential to be a great, roomy, family retreat in a convenient location, it needs some work. It's listed incorrectly. It's not 4 bedrooms plus a fold-out couch. It's 3 bedrooms, one of which has 2 beds in it. There are 3 sofas in the house, each one long enough for one adult to lay on, but none of them have a fold-out bed and there are no spare linens laid out. «We stayed here over an extended weekend to watch the solar eclipse. I really liked the location. Was in a nice quiet neighborhood, but close to restaurants and grocery stores. Easy to get to the highway and only a 20-25 minute drive to downtown. The pool was open, but water still a bit too cold to swim in early April.
