«Great property. Close to shopping, dining, theme park. Our room A/C unit was loud, otherwise, great stay!»

«I thought these hotels were supposed to be nice. The lady who checked us in was either having a terrible day or shouldn’t work in customer service. The rooms were nothing crazy and my mom’s didn’t even have body wash and the bathtub in ours was clogged. We requested a crib and it looked like a jail cell. No, we didn’t except a fancy crib but it was extremely outdated. Also have to pay for wifi and parking.»

«When I checked for a week and payed CASH IN TOWN FOR A MILITARY EVENT AT LACKLAND AFB DRIVE 25 hours, NO ONE INFORMED ME IF I HAD TO LEAVE EARLY I NEED TO GIVE A NOTICE OR THE HOTEL WOULD RETAIN A FEE OF 129.00. It just not a way to handle playing customers of over 25 years!»

«The resort is relaxing and the pools are terrific. Places to eat were excellent from causual lunches to refined dining. Upgraded my room to the adult 7th floor and was treated to breakfast of quiche, croissants, esspresso and evening happy hour of beer and wine with a tray of cheeses, meats, nuts and fruits. Had a great vacation and needed escape.»

«I strongly recommend this location. I think by San Antonio standards it is centrally located, and there are quite a few restaurants nearby. Best of all, parking is included as well as breakfast and a daily happy hour with food. In downtown San Antonio there is very little to do other than walking on the Riverwalk (highly overrated), the Alamo, and an art museum. It is NOT the typical American city downtown area. There are almost no stores and nothing else to do besides what I just mentioned ...

There appeared to be an AC unit or other mechanical equipment directly above our room making loud, constant noise throughout the night—so loud that we could barely sleep. «I would ask future guests to double check the door handle in their rooms. We experienced that it got stuck between the bedroom and living room. It wasn't a big problem for us.
