«We had an excellent stay at this well-appointed and nicely located home in Broad Ripple. Many restaurants within walking distance as well as the Monan Rail Trail. The house, built in 1936, has some squeaks and creaks, adding to its charm. Beautiful deck and fire pit with a big back yard. All four bedrooms were serviceable and the living room and enclosed porch were nice spaces as well. We would recommend and would stay again. Enjoy!»

«I think it should be noted that you have to travel through one bedroom to get to the other two bedrooms, which was weird and inconvenient for those of us staying in that room. Other than that it was very nice and we would stay again.»

«Host was very responsive in answering questions or meeting needs. Neighborhood was quiet. Beds were comfortable which is one of the most important things in our mind. Pictures did not accurately portray interior which was unattractive with the sloppy workmanship in general, and a very worn looking the bathroom paint job. Vinyl flooring showed a very uneven floor underneath, especially in the kitchen.»

«The property was clean and well stocked with necessities. Although, the address is on a busy street, the unit is tucked away and surprisingly quiet, especially inside the unit. The unit is small, but works fine for a short stay. The kitchen is actually roomy and the washer/dryer unit was a nice addition. Communication with the host could not have been better. She was very flexible and helpful. We would definitely stay again!»
