«House was simple and clean in a nice neighborhood. Just 4 min from our friends who we came to Indy to see. Also 4 min from tons of restaurants and shopping. Kitchen was as basic as it gets if u plan on cooking bring any and all spices including salt and pepper »

«We were in Indianapolis for a women’s conference, we didn’t spend much time in the house other than to sleep. It was roomy, decorated nice, and was clean. We weren’t expecting it to be a duplex, but was okay with that. The step up onto the porch was a bit high. Host was wonderful, allowing us early check in so we could get settled in before leaving for the conference. I would recommend this property to others.»

«This house was great for having 3 beds, 1.5 baths, the kitchen, dining area, and living area all on one level. We had grand parents, parents, and an elementary school aged grandchild in one house and it worked wonderfully for us all. The steps to the basement are steep and the steps are narrow, but majority of the time can be spent up stairs for those who have a hard time with steps. It was a nice neighborhood and with in 30-45 minutes to a majority of the bigger sights in Indy. We would stay ...

«The place is very cozy and super cute. House was stocked with everything we needed plus some. Steve was very quick with responses when I needed him. We had a flat the night before check out and thanks to Steve’s recommendation we were able to get a tire at 8 o’clock on Saturday night. We will definitely try to stay here again next time we are in Indy. »
