«The room was clean. One morning I came downstairs and their was a large rolling cart heaped full of trash bags sitting in one of the main hallways by the elevator. There is just one small elevator. «Booked this hotel specifically for the room with a whirlpool tub. When we arrived, we noticed they were doing construction outside as there were 2 large lifts taking over half of the parking out front. "The hotel was in bad shape and in need of upkeep and cleaning. Bugs crawling on walls in the hallway, and the bathroom was disgusting. Almost every time we returned to our room, the keys had stopped working - once we had them replaced three times without them ever working, finally a member of staff had to come up and let us in. This kept happening. The pillows were small and not very comfortable, and one of the pillows had a hole in the pillowcase - when asked if we could maybe have an extra pillow or two, we were told "we don't have pillows". There was always a smell of marijuana in all the hallways. All in all a terrible experience, would not recommend anyone pick this hotel."
