It was a nice stay for our family of 6! Great location, very convenient. Host was great with communication. I loved the details - great nightlights everywhere making it easy to navigate new spaces at night. Also great surprise to have fans in each room for fan noise at night! We loved having access to the garage. Overall, great stay!

This property was so clean and so well appointed. The host thought of everything! The kitchen appliances were top grade (the kitchen was lovely). Every kitchen utensil you need was available (including tools for the gas grill). The yard was perfect for grandkids to play in — so clean and manicured. They accept dogs too! They have coolers in the garage that you can use for IU tailgating!The beds were great and the linens/towels were 5 star hotel quality. You really can’t go wrong with this place.The host is very considerate — she sends you detailed info about fun things to do in the area — restaurant recommendations, activities for kids and fun venues for adults (you can walk to Field Brewing). It is 5 minute drive from everything in Westfield (which is currently an up and coming Indiana hot spot) and 30 minutes from downtown Indy. This property is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. It feels like home.Most important, the pictures do not lie — what you see on the VRBO app is what you get!

We had a wonderful stay with family. The house was great and well stocked. Loved the light stickers. The dogs loved the back yard. I do have a suggestion, the king bed is way to soft. So we used the queen and twin bed. We will choose you property again.

The house is just as pictured. It was very clean and so well stocked with all the essentials you need. Saved us having to go out and buy them during our stay. The location of the house was perfect and within 5-10 minutes of many restaurants and shops. The street is very quiet and safe. It worked out well for our stay.

Our experience at “Cherry Street Retreat” was excellent. The home was older, but very clean and comfortable. The amenities were beyond our expectations. The house had all the comforts of home with so many nice touches like USB charging outlets and electrical plugs on the night stands, Keurig coffee maker and lots of coffee pods, snacks, night lights throughout the house, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, a cooler to take to the park—even dog bowls, biscuits, and waste bags!! The backyard was fully fenced and huge! Our dogs loved it. The house was within walking distance to restaurants, a park, and walking trails, and the neighborhood was very safe. We liked the place so much that we’re thinking of staying here again when we come back to Indiana for a month next year. Oh, I forgot to mention how great the property manager was. We reached out to her a few times and she responded quickly, was super nice, and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. 10/10 Cherry Street

House was well appointed with everything we needed. The dogs really loved being able to play in a safe enclosed fenced yard. I loved not having to worry about them! Lots of thoughtful touches. Loved the walk-ability to an amazing community park and microbrew! Would definitely stay again!

I will be the first to admit that I am a huge critic when it comes to rental properties. If I’m spending money to stay somewhere, I expect it to be on point. This property is fantastic, and checked all my boxes for a good rental property. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and super cute. The neighborhood is quiet, and there are several great restaurants close by. The beds are really comfortable- I slept great every night we were there. There is a ton of road construction around the house, which is a minor inconvenience for now, but will be really nice when it’s done. Check in was really easy, and I appreciated the fast communication with the owner. We will be back next year.

You could go any direction easily even with all the construction. It was so quiet. This was the most equipped VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. They thought of everything and more! Host was the most responsive. I would gladly stay there again and I highly recommend it.

This was property was well equiped, convenient location to the tournament fields and highways. The host was absolutely phenomenal. She was super responsive. The porch light went out, I notified her and within the hour, someone was there to replace it.

All info was sent the day before, just like we were told. Kim was quick to respond to any messages. The house was clean and well stocked with all the necessities. Location was great. About 20 minutes from the convention center. The back yard was nice to enjoy the weather and relax after a long day walking around Indy. The neighborhood was quiet as well. Lots of construction in Westfield which we were made aware of from Kim, our host. I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay close to Indianapolis.

Perfect Setup for Families - EASY checkout

The setup of this house is perfect for families. Our two youngest could share a room but have their own beds with no TV in their room to prevent a good nights sleep while our oldest had his own room with a TV to entertain him after the rest of us went to sleep. The checkout process for this rental is quick and easy which is very appreciated when doing an early go, just a a few basic courtesies and you’re out the door! The house has everything you need plus fans in every bedroom so everyone was comfortable at night. The board games also supplied great entertainment and the coffee bar was such a nice touch! We will definitely book again if we are ever back in town.

Convenient, Fully Stocked, Comfort

My family and I enjoyed our short stay at this cozy ranch in Westfield Indiana mid-July in the summer of 2025.Many places do not allow garage access. Having the option to park inside the garage here was a nice perk especially when loading and unloading in the humidity. The home is fully loaded with dishes, silverware, toiletries, towels, and many other things.The neighborhood is friendly and very much alive with the laughter of children heard often - quite pleasant!I definitely recommend this place for visitors to the area who are looking for a temporary base of operations.The only reasosn for the 3 star neighborhood/location rating was due to the vast VERY LARGE SCALE construction projects everywhere. Overall everything was excellent here and I honestly do not think the place could have been better. Many thanks!

A Graduation Weekend

We came in town to attend our son's graduation from Purdue University. While it is a bit of a drive from the campus we loved property. So clean and fresh, all the essentials were provided. Coffee in the mornings was delicious and beds and furniture comfortable. Host was easy to communicate with and hope to return one day.

Bright, clean and modern home, well-appointed

We were staying in the area to attend the Christkindlmarkt (Christmas market) in nearby Carmel. There were 6 of us, and we had plenty of space. Bedrooms were very comfy, large, open kitchen/living area served us well. We had all we needed, and more. The host, Kim, was very responsive and friendly. Would stay here again, and have no reservations about recommending to others.
