We used the gym and it was a nice bonus. Having a washer and dryer came in handy after hiking camelback mountain and the utv excursion. Clean place with all the thinfs we needed/wanted. »

«There were cobwebs all over the top of the door. It smelled like cigarette smoke. The floors were dirty. Our feet were black on the bottom when walking around barefoot. One of the showers wasn't working. There was no access key for the amenities, as the description stated (for pool, etc.) You could hear the upstairs people late at night. The location was near the Tempe Marketplace. »

«No parking at or near this place. My wife has a disability and can't walk about a mile to the room each time we use the car. I cancelled but was not able to get a refund. The owner said that there was on-street parking, which is true, but it is all 2-hour parking. The owner then said for us to talk to one of the local businesses, to see if we could park there. Of course, we did not do that.»

«I won’t stay again…The check in process was insane, I had completed the online check in, paid the cleaning fee, the security deposit etc. Waited on site for the code to access the property. Since nobody was responding and it was nearly 4pm, I rang the Ring doorbell to see if I could communicate through that with Vince. When a property says “contactless entry” imagine my surprise as a random guy opens the door! Then he motions me to come in, I’m like what yeah no, I’m good. I went back to my car ...

«Great place. Close to everything we needed. Came to town for Supercross at the State Farm insurance stadium. We walked to the event and to dinner it was perfect. The unit was clean and cozy. And the Host was amazing. Any questions we had they responded very quick. And checked in frequently to see if we needed anything. I would recommend this place for sure.»

«I left because of how small it was. I had a teenager and another adult. The port made it seem like there was 2 rooms (living space and bedroom). I asked for a refund but that was refused. It should be clearly advertised as a studio. The twin bed was a spring with a mattress pad on it. Not an actual bed. »
