«This place was an absolute dump. Our room was dirty and had someone's old socks on the floor. The sink wouldn't drain. The air conditioner unit did not work. The beds were very uncomfortable. The room was so small that we were constantly tripping over each other and our suitcases. Breakfast was bad, as well. Hardly any options and the coffee was barely lukewarm. The pool they advertised having was closed. I'm convinced they're paying for good reviews because the rating they have does not match ...

«AC was not working in the room, so they brought us a portable AC in middle of night that also stopped working as well. We told the desk we were sweating and were hot all night and had no AC and they only would give us about $5 credit in rewards points was the best they said they could do! Paid extra for this room for balloon fiesta and was miserable with no resolution from staff on the issue.»

«We've stayed there before and we'll choose it again.»

«Nice place but not such a great area. A lot of homeless. I actually say a woman walking completely naked in front of the hotel. Our room was across from the bar and it was fairly loud on Fri & Sat night. Slept fine though. Nice bed, room was nice. Just didn’t love the area.»

«Stayed one night. 10/10. Room was clean but in need to some updating. Morning staff not too friendly. Rude at most. Breakfast skimpy but something. Not horrible but Ok for the money and one night.»

«Good overnight stay»

«Definitely will stay here for future visits to Farmington. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and property maintained. Breakfast was a nice touch, good, and well organized.»

«My room was spotless. The staff were very friendly and polite. It had a beautiful belcony.»
