«The front desk staff were not helpful when I asked to book a taxi, and all meals were expected to be paid by credit card (I had cash) but the hotel was clean and the dining room staff were attentive and friendly. I did get short changed 50 pesos when paying for coffee and should have checked my change at the time. Nice location on the beach.»

«The room did have a nice ocean view. However, the plastic chairs on the deck were hard and the couch was hard, and the bed was hard. Even the chairs around the pool were very hard. No padding. The towels for the pool are tattered and ripped. We found a large cockroach dead in our room one morning. The staff were nice. I did find they catered to the Mexican people. The pool activities were only spoken in Spanish. We would not stay there again.»
