We wanted to stay in UP on Main this time and I love both levels of this building. Matt is a stellar host and the house is lovely. Located right in the heart of the town within walking distance of everything. The Trolleys are so convenient and you must take the Tram tour. There is so much to do here and it's beautiful in May. «Very nice apartment, well stocked with essentials & towels. Super comfortable beds. Location is easy access to downtown Bentonville and 5 minutes to 49 for Bella Vista and Rogers. Quiet and private setting. Would absolutely stay again!»

«I love this property so much! I would definitely come back to stay again. The only negative thing I can say is I wasnt able to sit at the deck because of the wasp and the path to the dock was a bit crowded with shrubby and spider webs. Overall, a 10/10 stay!»

«Property owner was very nice and responded very quickly. The apt was very clean and I was more than pleased with my stay. Easy walk or drive to downtown Hardy. The neighbors were very nosy all night but that’s really the only complaint I had. Everything else was perfect. »

«This place was exactly what we needed after spending the day walking around Eureka Springs! We value our privacy and quiet, and the jacuzzi tub was perfect to soak in after a long day. We loved the outdoor sitting area to drink our coffee in the morning and listen to the birds!»

«We enjoyed our stay in Eureka Springs. The house is beautiful, but could use a few updates on the beds and pillows. They weren’t horrible, but they weren’t the most comfortable. There was no AC in one of the bedrooms, which made it very uncomfortable for the ne of the couples staying. All in all though, it was a very nice stay.»

«After a little problem getting in, what a Great and Relaxing stay. The house was exactly as advertised. The bathroom with BIG walk-in shower was fantastic. The bed was the most comfortable we have had at several VRBO location we have stayed. Circular stairs we had to get use to, but really not a problem. The town is a great place to visit with lots of shops and food to pick from. Highly recommend the Rueben at the Ice cream shop across the street and the ice cream too»
