«The rooms were very clean. Our bed was very comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a hot breakfast every morning. Our only issue was the swimming pool was closed our entire stay for repairs. We would definitely recommend staying here if you are ever in Mountain Home, AR.»

«My only complaints are small. I was told it was a heated pool but it was freezing. Breakfast was out for a while and all the food was dry and not pleasant to eat. But better than many other hotels. Other than that an above average experience.»

«I didn't realize there wasn't a coffee maker or microwave in the room. I'd definitely prefer some way in-room for heating water for tea or coffee. Otherwise, we loved the modern, compact space for the two of us and thought the hotel was beautiful. It's also very convenient to all the downtown establishments, most withing walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I'm sure we'll book a room here again sometime.»

«Room was damp. The bedsheets felt damp the towels felt damp. There was a birthday party at the hotel Saturday night with pounding music going on for several hours. We will never stay at this hotel again. We told front desk about our problems with our room with no help from anyone.»

«Great hotel. The staff at check-in were great. The guy explained everything in great detail and answered every question I had such as pool times, breakfast, etc. The pool was open from 8am to 10pm, and although it isnt the largest in size, it definitely was a nice amenity to have. The breakfast options were nice, many choices like waffles, eggs, biscuit and gravy, bacon/sausage, and a good assortment of cereals and breads.
