«The one bed in our room had a large sinkhole in the mattress, which made it difficult to sleep. I told that lady at reception at check out. All she said was, "I will let housekeeping know". No discount on the room rate was offered (we were there for two nights). Very disappointing as a Hilton member.»

«Trish was very attentive and the breakfast was delicious. The table was set for royalty. The ambiance was charming. On the outside patio one could view birds, chickens and flowers. This was truly a great extra special place to stay. I would highly recommend staying there. It adds to the charm of Niagara on the lake with the beautiful Ravine winery within walking distance.»

«My wife and I stayed here for one night on her birthday. This is now our go to Inn when we visit Niagara on the Lake. The Inn is beautiful. The bedroom and bathroom were perfect. From the linens, to the temperature in the room, everything was top tier. The staff were incredibly helpful. The breakfast was truly amazing. Can’t say enough good things. We’re definitely going to be back.»
