«Easy check in and lots of free parking. Hotel was clean however you can tell it’s getting dated.
One improvement needed in the guest room was the power outlets by the beds do not work. We plugged our phones in to charge and it didn’t charge all night. I let front desk know during check out. Otherwise, it was a good stay.»

«Great staying with John and Joice. Friendly, calm and great support. Breakfast was, as everyone else said, amazing. This B&B beats almost every hotel I have been to.
Side note: if you do not like the smell of Lavender, you might look for something else. The house is full of it :-)
If I am into the area again I will choose this 10/10.»

«I have never stayed a bed and breakfast before, and Im very happy I choose this one! The whole property was nicely maintained and close to all of the fun things to do in the area. BUT my number 1 reason to recommed Serene Niagara Inn is the hosts! They were both extremely kind and made us feel very welcomed. They have a nice breakfast selection that tasted amazing. Overall it was a wonderful relaxing place to stay. Thank you guys for making it feel like a home away from home!!!»

«Although the location is a little away from the falls, I actually loved how quiet and peaceful it was.
From the moment we checked in, every staff we encountered was so kind and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable and relaxing.

We sat outside and had tea one afternoon. We were there 3 nights and every morning there was a different hot breakfast. We had an opportunity to chat with the host 2 morning. They were very accommodating on the breakfast serving times.»
