- Overnight AND Daytime Occupancy may not exceed 6 people without written consent from Tower 17 Properties and Management.
- Crib/Pack n' Play must be requested prior to your stay.
- Parking on the Street/Parking Lot Only
- Property owner's use the upper unit facing the Ocean and may at times enjoy the patio and BBQ.
