«Trish's studio was incredible. She had peaceful music playing on the TV when we walked in and an array of snacks (including coffee for the morning!); the studio itself was immaculate and adorable. Located less than 10 minutes from the mountain/to town - which was also so adorable! Trish was a great host, even responding to me late-night when I had a question. I would've moved in if I could!»

«This property is outstanding: three-level, multi-bedroom home with lots of space for everyone to spread out. There is a fun game room with ping pong & billiards, a really nice kitchen, a TV room and a spacious front room where we gathered many times. We had great communication with the host from start to finish and it seems they thought of most everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Highly recommended.»

Unfortunately, the location is overshadowed by a very disappointing property. Its essentially run down motel in the back of a closed restaurant with a for sale sign out front. «Sweet chalet, built around 1890 and fully restored, nestled in a rural, wooded area. So fun to roam the property and speculate about the long life of the houses, outbuildings and the area. Canandaigua Lake is big and beautiful yet everything you could need is within a 15 minute drive - including Wegman's! The hostess was responsive throughout the listing process. We didn't need to ask for anything special but feel confident Rebecca would have been accommodating. Perfect long-weekend getaway!»
