«The site manager was very helpful and responsive. When I noticed that the room wasn’t very clean and the bed sheets had hair from a previous guest, the manager quickly provided fresh sheets and a new blanket, which I really appreciated. However, the room itself could use some improvement. The shower floor was uneven with tiles that seemed to be erupting, and it was difficult to control the hot and cold water. «I loved the Sherman Inn!! Jim and Donna were so friendly and I loved the history throughout. Truly a unique and wonderful experience. The breakfast was delicious, the beds comfortable, the rooms were huge and you couldn’t ask for better company. I will stay again when in Ogdensburg. »

«As always, enjoyed our stay here. There was some trouble with the lighting in the bathroom after some repairs, and we were offered a different room, but decided to stay in the room we had selected. As usual, breakfasts were delicious, and the desserts were wonderful . It is always a pleasure to stay here, and the location is perfect for forays into downtown.»
