«Beautifully appointed bed and breakfast- clean and decorated for the holidays in a gorgeous setting - room was stunning quiet and the bed and pillows were so comfortable- staff was friendly and helpful and all the amenities were top notch- breakfast was plentiful and delicious will definitely go back again- and their dog Roy is very handsome »

«Absolutely beautiful property and room. It was immaculate and the breakfast was 5 stars. We were able to walk everywhere. The owner even let us keep our car there for a couple of hours after we checked out. I would go back again and stay here in a heartbeat. Exceeded my expectations.»

«We were looking for a quick overnight in the East End, and the Harpoon House exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was spacious (a suite!) and well-appointed, blending the charm of the original 1648 (!) building with modern amenities and furnishings. We didn't take advantage of the on-property restaurant (formerly Blu Mar), but the menu - by acclaimed chef Rocco DiSpirito - looked excellent, if a bit pricey. «Wonderful atmosphere, very ornate and lots of historic information. The decor was over the top, Christmas everywhere, even a decorated tree in our room. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Nice to have a full kitchen at our disposal. All the amenities we could ever need. Owners were welcoming and made the visit special.»
