The space
The living area is built for both relaxing and staying connected. A 50-inch HDTV with Roku handles your streaming, while fast Wi-Fi, an Ethernet connection, and a dedicated workspace in the common area serve remote workers and trip planners in equal measure. Central air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan keep the temperature on your terms year-round.

Sleeping arrangements
Two separate bedrooms provide distinct setups for up to four guests. The king suite comes with an en suite bath - giving that half of the group complete privacy - while the queen bedroom suits a couple or solo traveller equally well. Both rooms are furnished with room-darkening shades, quality bed linens, and generous clothing storage, including a walk-in closet, a closet, and a dresser.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is built around Bosch appliances: a refrigerator, electric stove, single oven, and dishwasher. A microwave, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, and baking sheet round out the setup, and cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and wine glasses are all provided. A dining table seats the group for shared meals. Coffee is included to start your mornings right.

Bathrooms
With two full bathrooms, there’s no waiting around in the morning. Each is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer - the essentials that make it easy to pack light.

Building & parking
The building is secure and easy to navigate. Smart lock self check-in makes arrival simple at any hour, and an elevator provides step-free access to this single-level condo. Free garage parking is included - a genuine rarity in this part of the city - and a private entrance ensures your comings and goings remain your own. An in-unit washer and dryer, iron, and well-stocked first aid kit round out the practical conveniences.

Location & neighborhood
Step outside and the city opens up quickly. The French Quarter is three blocks away; Bourbon Street, Creole restaurants, art galleries, museums, and the St. Charles streetcar are all within easy reach.
