There’s a particular pleasure in arriving somewhere that genuinely feels good to be in - and this downtown condo delivers it from the moment the door opens. Natural light moves across curated art and considered finishes that give the space real warmth and character. Whether you’re in New Orleans for a long weekend or a slower-paced stay, this is the kind of base that earns its keep every evening you return to it.

Living & workspace
The living area is set up for both ease and focus. A TV and WiFi handle the leisure side; a dedicated workspace handles whatever can’t wait. The layout keeps things uncluttered and comfortable - the kind of room that works equally well for a quiet evening in and an early-morning working session before the city wakes up.

Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom is built around a king-size bed made up in plush linens, with room-darkening shades to hold back the morning light and buy you an extra hour when you need it. Hangers and ample clothing storage make it easy to settle in properly, without living out of your luggage.

Kitchen & dining
A chef’s kitchen comes fully equipped for everything from a quick morning start to a proper dinner in. The refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster are all on hand, alongside cooking basics - pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper - as well as dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and a baking sheet. Coffee is provided to start each day. Pull up to the dining table and take your time over a meal before heading out to explore.

Bathroom & laundry
The bathroom features a bathtub, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. Towels, bed linens, and cleaning products are supplied. A washer and dryer are available for anything that needs a refresh mid-stay.

Family-friendly features
Traveling with a little one? A pack ‘n play/travel crib and high chair are on hand. Babysitter recommendations are available for evenings you’d prefer to spend on your own.

Building & access
The building offers elevator access and a rooftop gym equipped with exercise equipment - a solid option for keeping up with a routine during your stay. Rooftop outdoor furniture with city skyline views is there for a quieter moment when the mild autumn air draws you outside. Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival easy at any hour. Air conditioning and heating keep the condo comfortable throughout, and safety essentials - smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit - are all in place. Paid parking is available off premises.

Location
Step out through the private entrance and the full breadth of New Orleans is within walking distance. Canal Street dining, the electric pull of Bourbon Street, and the storied streets of the French Quarter are all right there. This city rewards those who wander, and from this front door, it doesn’t take long to find yourself somewhere worth staying.

Street parking is available but cannot be guaranteed, and when utilizing street parking, please make sure to adhere to city and state laws.
